In current Innovator training institutions, the project resource pool is the main reform and innovation model, which has an important role in improving the effectiveness of professional teaching and promoting the development of professional teaching. The spirit of craftsman emphasizes attention to detail, elaborate craftsmanship, and pursuit of perfection, which also includes the spirit of innovation and the spirit of the times, advancing with the times. Higher vocational colleges achieve their own rapid and effective development based on their own occupation education system, to train more professionals with entrepreneurial ability and employability. This article mainly introduces the connotation of the project resource pool (PR-POOL) model, analyzes the problems in the construction of the resource pool of science and technology projects, and explores the application and development countermeasures of the model of the resource pool of projects in science and technology colleges based on the craftsmanship.
