Police sports in police academies have high technical and tactical content, and at the same time have strong practicality and danger. Compared with ordinary sports, police sports injuries are more common and different in type. In view of this, analyzing the causes of sports injuries caused by police sports and studying the prevention mechanisms of police sports injuries are of great significance for strengthening students' physical function literacy, improving self combat abilities, and improving the actual combat training of police physical education in police academies.
