With the development of economy, China gradually shows the trend of population aging, which drives the development of health care in urban and rural areas. In order to comply with the country's strategic planning for urban and rural construction, we should promote the green and environmental friendly health care model. At present, there are many problems and contradictions in the development of urban and rural pension mode in China. In order to explore a more suitable model for rural development of old-age care. This paper analyzes the necessity of health pension mode and how to realize the rural health pension mode.
