As is known to all, science and technology is the first productive force. As the "base camp" for cultivating talents, colleges and universities should pay more attention to innovation. Grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities invest a lot of manpower and material resources in organizing innovative thematic party day activity, the purpose of which is to guarantee the thematic party day activity can realize dual innovation on form and content, to motivate party members in colleges and universities to actively take part in. As they are talents and newly-emerging force cultivated by colleges and universities, they are capable of accomplishing works of universities. Therefore, the theme of the party day activities should be feasible, so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of college party members and broaden their thinking. Such innovative activities are truly valuable activities. Therefore, activity design is particularly important. This paper conducts research and analysis on the design and innovation of themed party day activity of grassroots part organizations in colleges and universities.
