Diversification of cultural plants increases the range of fresh vegetables being consumed that makes the human's food healthier, enriched with vitamins, biologically active substances, mineral salts are of a great value to human's health. Indian radish (Raphanus sativus var.indicus Sinsk) is an annually growing plant belonging to Brassica family, and considered as new vegetable plant for Russia.
