Fetichismo tecnológico e pensamento pós–humanista: sobre "a colônia penal", de Franz Kafka | Technological fetishism and post-humanistic thought: about Kafka’s “penal colony”

Resumo “Na Colônia penal”, Kafka fornece-nos literariamente uma reflexão profundamente perturbadora sobre as relações entre homem e máquina. Argüimos que, sendo talvez o mais esperançoso do escritor, o texto analisa de forma estética e em estado extremo o fantástico que envolve nossas relações com a técnica maquinística.  O registro histórico em que se inscreve o conto é transcendido por uma criação poética que deixa entrever de forma original e pioneira, mas não tecnológica, o que atualmente começa a ser chamado de pensamento pós-humanista. Abstract Kafka offers us an astonishing reflection about the relationship between man and machine in his short story ‘In the penal colony’. We argue here that, perhaps being the most hopeful text written by the author, this piece analyses in an extreme and original way the fantastical that surrounds us in the midst of the machinistic technological universe. The historical register in which the text inserts itself is transcended by a poetical creation that allows us to see an original and pioneering, but not technical, point of view – what now begins to be called post-humanist thought.
