G.A. Zolotova (1924–2020) passed away. She was an outstanding linguist and specialist in the field of Russian grammar and textual analysis, Dr. Hab. in Philology, Full Professor and chief researcher of Vinogradov Institute of Russian language RAS until 2013, who worked for more than 35 years in the department of Russian at the Faculty of Philology.
