Based on the typological analysis of various approaches to defining the content of the concept of «organizational and economic mechanism» in the economic sphere, the author reveals the essence of the organizational and economic mechanism of staffing, the peculiarities of their formation in the field of tourism in the context of the implementation of national projects in the Russian Federation.
