The article presents the authors’ view of the issue of the relativity of property rights as a criterion that determines the basis of socio-economic interaction of individuals. The results obtained form the basis for comparing the ratio of property rights in the state and its constitution, including through the economic assessment of its stabilizing and developing functions.
