The article provides a comparative legal analysis of administrative and coercive measures applied exclusively to foreign citizens in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Belarus. The article examines in detail the administrative procedure for the application of such removal measures as administrative expulsion, deportation, ban on entry, reduction of the period of stay, decision on the undesirability of stay, non-admission, readmission, in comparison with similar administrative and compulsory measures of the Republic of Belarus.
