The article reviews some problems of the legal regulation of the Russian and international sports movement. The author analyzes sports laws, proves the theoretical and practical approach from the administrative law perspective. Management relations are viewed not only as activities or behavior of people (sportsmen, coaches, sports judges, etc.) but also as particular sports (specific) relations between sports organizations (public, non-government, state) on the national and international level. The author arrives at a conclusion about the specifics of management of this sphere based on public private partnership and a combination of imperative and optional methods.
