The article deals with the formation of the Christian doctrine of princely administration and justice in Ancient Russia at the turn of the XI-XII centuries. The author comes to the conclusion that in this period, in contrast to the official state law, the Christian law of princely administration and court arose, which was based on the concept of truth.
