Administrative Liability for the Failure to Execute a Decision of a Collegial Authority Coordinating and Organizing Counter-Terrorism Activities: Problems and Development Prospects

The article studies the problems of administrative liability for the failure to execute a decision of a collegial authority coordinating and organizing counter-terrorism activities. The author analyzes regulatory and organizational aspects of operations of the National Antiterrorism Committee, evaluates peculiarities of the application of administrative liability for the said offense, proposes to step up the appointment of administrative suspension of operations and disqualification in the judicial practice as more effective punishments.
