The purpose of this article is to reveal the features and problems of legal regulation of the employment procedure. The article reveals the problematic issues of the organization of personnel records management in the process of hiring new employees, reveals the contradictions in the tax legislation in this area, identifies individual problems and features of the application of the electronic document management system in the registration of labor relations.
