Administrative and Legal Modes in the Penal System

The article is devoted to the administrative and legal regimes in the penal system. The authors point to the complex nature of the administrative and legal regimes that ensure the normal functioning of institutions and bodies of the penal system. The introduction of special administrative and legal regimes is justified by the occurrence of situations that violate the activities of the penal system. Attention is drawn to the fact that not all special regimes in the penal system have legislative or departmental regulation, hence the difficulties in their application. The solution to the problem is seen in the theoretical substantiation of the content of this institution, the systematization of the organizational forms of its provision, the reflection of its characteristics in the legislation.
