The article examines the current issues of administrative liability for failure to observe the code of conduct in case of emergency or its threat in the setting of the coronavirus infection pandemic (COVID-19). The author analyses the regulatory requirements and practical specific features of bringing to liability, makes proposals on toughening of sanctions of Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Offense Code of the Russian Federation for the said offense.
