The article is devoted to the study of the content of administrative and legal means and methods of ensuring and protecting the rights of minors. The article reveals an analysis of the means and methods of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of minors with other legal means, the author points out a number of their advantages. The article also draws conclusions about the sufficiency of administrative and legal means and methods of ensuring and protecting the rights and interests of minors at the present stage.
