In the modern world today in society there is an interest in the legal institution of insolvency and the activities of the arbitration manager, in particular. And this interest is caused by the fact that the implementation of the principles established by the market economy is impossible without the use of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy), the effective implementation of which directly depends on the activities of such a subject of administrative law as an arbitration manager. Institutions and mechanisms that are well-formed by the legislator, which help to solve the problem of insolvency of many individuals and citizens, are of paramount importance.
