Zelentsov, key milestones in the development of proposed research approaches are marked, as well as the content of some of his works is revealed to get an idea of its contribution to the development of public law doctrine, the theory of the administrative process from the standpoint of ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens, the balance of interests.
