The first part of the article is addressed to the hero of the day — Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, LL.D, Professor Yakimov Alexander Yurievich, the second is devoted to the problems application in relation to foreign citizens of certain measures of administrative coercion, in particular, making a decision on the undesirability of staying on the territory of the Russian Federation and on the non-permission of entry into the territory of the Russian Federation for administrative offenses in road traffic.
