Within the limits of present clause the analysis of key problems of legal settlement of work of persons with family duties is spent. Prospects and available blanks in considered sphere are consecrated. On the basis of the lead analysis of normative legal certificates and materials of judiciary practice some problems in investigated sphere are presented, necessity of improvement of the operating Russian labour legislation is designated.
