This article is devoted to the analysis of the legislation on administrative offenses of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union in terms of protection of cultural heritage. It provides a comparative legal study of the terms “cultural heritage”, “cultural values” and some others in the legislation of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union. The article analyzes the codes of administrative offences of all States of the Union in order to compare the approach of the legislator to the protection of cultural heritage by establishing administrative responsibility. At the end of the article, conclusions are drawn and the author’s proposal is made to improve the legislation on administrative offenses in Russia, taking into account foreign experience.
