Актуальные проблемы и практические аспекты получения адвокатом сведений с помощью адвокатского запроса

The article deal with questions, arising in law-enforcement practice while obtaining information through an attorney request. The author studied the question of requesting information classified by law and the borders of the term «classified by law». The problems of inadequacy of fines for non-provision of an answer for an attorney request as well as the longevity of a term for presenting the answer are also described as well as the judicial practice on the topic. Also, the author presented an opinion that the attorney is advised to address competent authorities for clarifications of certain articles of law, providing as an example a civilian firearm case.
