The article justifies the need for further improvement of the system of distribution of cases by appointment of bodies of investigation and court, digitalization of these processes and the creation of procedural guarantees; in this regard, the experience of regional chambers of lawyers was analyzed, formulated some proposals for further improvement of the system of distribution of cases and criminal procedure legislation.
