This article is devoted to the analysis of the principle of priority of family education of children and its spiritual and moral content in order to find a scientifically sound legal strategy for its implementation. It is established that forming intra-family stereotypes of behavior, family education allows, without violating legal and moral norms, to create conditions for the preservation of children’s positive family experience, including ideological choice and the formation of family consciousness.
