The article explores the essence, purposes, principles and peculiarities of legal responsibility for violation of the order of cash flows. The problematic issues of the implementation of this legal institution are touched upon, as well as the main conclusions and generalizations are formulated, which, in the opinion of the author, are of greatest interest.
