The article examines the general theoretical, organizational and legal problems of the formation and development of the ethics of high technologies in Russia. The authors propose organizational and legal means and mechanisms for resolving the main problems in the area under consideration. Based on the results of the study, amendments and additions to the current domestic legislation are proposed.
