Amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation regarding the regulation of summary proceedings, in particular, changes in the grounds that make it impossible to consider the case in the simplified procedure, opens up new opportunities for the application of this procedure. A number of cases of special procedure are in this sense the most promising.
