This article is dedicate to 90 anniversary of the birth day of the prominent russian scientist, member of the International academy of the sciencies of the high school, doctor of law, professor, honoured man of science of the Russian Federation Oleg Andreevich Zjidkov. 43 years of his life were binding with Peoples friendship university of Russia (before 1992 — Peoples friendship university named by Patrice Lumumba). This article is dedicates the scientific and teaching activities of the professor О.А. Zjidkov.
