Within the framework of this article, the applicant, on the basis of the dissertation research, submits for public discussion a number of issues that, from the author’s point of view, are quite important and relevant aspects related to crimes that obstruct the administration of justice. It is noted that at the moment, investigative and judicial authorities have an objective need for methodological materials, scientific and tactical-forensic recommendations for effective and rapid investigation of this category of criminal acts. Along with the noted author on the basis of examples from the criminal records allows a more detailed approach to the issue of relevance raised in the aspects: no in over a long period of elaborate regulatory framework governing joint activities of different departments of bodies of internal Affairs to combat reporting category of crime; the lack of experience and expertise in the identification, disclosure, investigation and prevention of the investigated criminal acts; unsolved problems of scientific and methodological complex forensic and operational search support for the disclosure and investigation of the studied category of crimes. All of the above allows the author of this article to talk about the objective need, the needs of today’s judges, investigative and operational staff.
