The article analyzes the constitutional law liability of deputies as one of the elements of their status. It also represents a part of the system of means and mechanisms of raising the efficiency of operations of a member of parliament. Besides, the constitutional law liability of deputies is designed to prevent them from violating the law in performance of representative functions.
