Specification and clarification of the categorical-conceptual apparatus of the legal system of the Russian Federation, the nature of its emergence and change contributes to the disclosure of the possibilities of its potential, which is relevant not only for the theory of state and law, but also for constitutional law, the identification of the laws of formation and development of which, no doubt, helps to detail the category “Constitutional identity”, which is more important than ever now, during the development of international relations and international cooperation.
