This article continues a series of author’s studies on the current state anti-corruption policy in Russia and abroad from the point of view of the legal framework. The analysis of the specifics of the modern model of the state anti-corruption policy of the countries of East Asia and the peculiarities of its implementation within the framework of the system of international and national law. The need to perceive the positive world experience and adapt certain measures of the considered models of combating corruption in the Russian legal field is emphasized.
