In the article, the author analyzes the current legislation, judicial, prosecutorial practice associated with the organization of prosecutorial supervision upon receipt of a copy of a decision to initiate a criminal case on falsification of evidence. The views of scientists along the subject of extending the forces of the prosecuting attorney in terms of criminal prosecution are presented. It is concluded that it is necessary to supplement the criminal procedural legislation in terms of the need to send materials that served as the basis for making a procedural decision.
