Quality of life is determined by the lifestyle of individuals. If people have a healthy lifestyle, then they have a higher quality of life. What makes a person's lifestyle is the way he thinks. Therefore, if the thinking is healthy, the person's lifestyle will be healthy, and if the thinking is unhealthy, the person's lifestyle will also be damaged, which will reduce the quality of life.
