The article deals with the concept of acmeologicality as intrinsic constant when considering the essential ways of human development. On the example of the different acmeologic models of personality development discussed options for achieving acme-result. It is shown that depending on the direction of development, it may be a vertex (acmeological) and lowland (katabolitical).
