CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS OF SOME OF THE NEGATIVE RESULTS AND COMPLICATIONS AFTER PROSTHETIC CORRECTION OF DENTOFACIAL ANOMALIES AND DEFORMATIONS

Object. The results of clinical observations of the use of prosthetic methods to eliminate some symptoms of dentoalveolar anomalies, a combination of dentition defects and deformities are considered. The negative results of the prosthetic correction of clinical signs for the restoration of aesthetic disorders to identify the causes of complications and methods of their elimination were analyzed. Purpose ― to give a clinical assessment of the results of some methods of prosthetic correction to prevent complications. Methodology. Clinical methods of examination and examination in dentistry, methods of detection of functional disorders. Results. The considered clinical observations with negative results and analysis indicating the causes and methods of elimination, make it possible to recommend acceptable ways to prevent such complications, to clarify the indications for aesthetic correction, to expand the indications for orthodontic preparation before prosthetics with the restoration of functional occlusion, to develop an algorithm for diagnosis, prevention of complications. Summary. When diagnosing, use the identification of not only morphological, but also functional disorders and in the treatment to pay special attention to possible complications, prevention methods. Wider use of special methods for orthodontic elimination of aesthetic disorders in the combination of dentition defects and dentoalveolar anomalies and deformities.
