Cross-bite in children is often accompanied by facial asymmetry and impaired coordination activities of masticatory muscles that requires careful diagnosis and early multipurpose treatment. In order to improve early treatment of cross-bite with transversal mandibular dislocation in children in the mixed dentition authors proposed removable devices and therapies.
