The article is devoted problems modern dentistry – occluzionna violations when conducting direct occlusive restorations. In 93,3% of cases identified deviations from the «functionally justified» forms the chewing surfaces of the teeth. For this it is necessary to pay attention to the full restoration of the picture chewing surfaces (occluzirute), the anatomy of tooth, and observance of technology of restoration.
