In the treatment of candidiasis not always take into account the sensitivity to antimycotics and background violations of the microflora that can lead to relapse. A sensitivity analysis fungus of the genus Candida to antimycotics has been conducted and study on the prevalence of clinically significant representatives of microflora of an oral cavity in candidiasis. It is revealed, those on a background of increase of fungi of the genus Candida to the etiology of significant digits in the composition of the microbiocenosis of the mucous membranes of the mouth is also increasing representatives of pathogenic flora and decrease the prevalence of normal microorganisms.
