This article presents the results of treatment of patients with defects of the lower jaw. The  possibilities and effectiveness of biologically inert materials – carbon composite «uglekon-m» (project carbulat) and titanium alloys on the stages of the complex treatment of patients with defects of the lower jaw. A new implant system for replacing a defect of the lower jaw and plastic temporomandibular joint. When evaluating the characteristics of the basic implant system studied bond strength titanium element having carbon composite material. It was determined that the maximum strength of the titanium compound and the carbon component is observed at a sintering temperature of 1200°c. The study of the morphology of the transition layer shows that there is a tight abutment titanium particles to the carbon composite material, between the bundles no trace organizations.
