21st century is recognized as the age of information. Today, the range of users of information is expanding, and it is becoming the object of interest not only of traditional consumers, i.e. information-analytical centers, the media and security agencies, but also members of society as a whole. Information-analytical activity is one of the important directions of practical activity of internal affairs bodies.
