The successful introduction of various information systems, technologies and innovative software projects into the management of the production activities of enterprises largely determined by the quality of their development. Expert systems used to assess the quality of information products. Many of them use for the resulting assessment the calculated values of the integral indicator of quality assessment. The authors substantiate a number of possible representations of the integral indicator for assessing the quality of innovative software projects and formulas for its calculation. The choice of formulas carried out depending on the presence of restrictions imposed on aggregated quality indicators by users or customers of information products and innovative software projects.
