The right to housing in the practice of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of the role and place of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of the human right to housing, attention is focused on the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on this issue. Analyzing the judicial decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the author analyzes thereby the constitutional proceedings concerning the protection of the constitutional human right to housing.
