The modern legal system, which takes the vector of development of humanistic ideas, defines any person who is a part of society and a subject of social relations as an independent individual. In modern realities, the most acute and problematic area of public relations is the sphere of human life and health protection, the main subjects of which are employees of medical organizations (specialist doctors, secondary medical staff, etc.) and patients. Legal relations that have arisen in the process of providing specialized medical care are characterized by versatility, a high rate of variability associated with both the most unique personality of the patient and the specifics of the implementation of various levels of complexity of medical interventions by a medical professional.
