This article analyzes the norms of the criminal legislation of the neighboring countries, dedicated to the regulation of the aggregate of crimes. The objectives of the above analysis is to identify both general and specific features in comparison with the domestic criminal law. The main ways of borrowing some provisions from foreign legislation are determined. The conducted study allows us to conclude that it is reasonable to make changes to the regulation of the aggregate of crimes.
