The hypothesis of the origin of the Universe as a result of the rupture of primary matter is put forward. It is shown that the joint existence of ether, electrons, and positrons is necessary and sufficient to describe the entire variety of known forms of matter and their interactions. For the tasks of the dynamic and safe development of mankind, requiring new clean energy sources, a new type of electric field generators and movers, using the energy of the ether flow, is proposed
