The article deals with administrative liability for violation of the provisions of the legislation on public procurement, examines the purpose of introducing this liability and its impact on the fair implementation of the procedure of state and municipal procurement. The article considers the legal nature of the institution of entering the executor into the register of unscrupulous debtors, which is not formally a type of administrative punishment.
