Images of citizens have recently been seen in a variety of situations. They are published in newspapers, shown on TV shows, shown in films, on advertising banners, on consumer goods (mugs, clothes, etc.) and even in trademarks. Due to such circumstances, significant legal issues arise. Do the depicted themselves have rights? If so, what character do they have, how are they implemented, in what form? We will try to answer these (and not only) questions in this article.
