The behavior of preschool children and chimpanzee was probed in the process of achievement the goal, approached with different speed and possessing different value. It is detected that on the force of aspiring to possessing a purpose not only speed of movement of object, or time which it will be attained with, but also its subjective value is inuenced. Decline of speed of approaching object notwithstanding the dependency upon a kind of test subjects invariably led to lowering of productivity of instrumental reactions, diminishing of active time of tracking after the approached object, to the change of tactics of management by an experimental device.
